Our Shipping Policy: We ship via UPS insured parcel service. By offering UPS, we can give you a wide variety of choices in regards to shipping time: from overnight air, to standard class; we have everything to meet your deadlines.
Our return policy: Whilst we offer the industry's best 2 year warranty on all our orders, we cannot take returns due to neon breakage (with the exception of shipping breaks, which must be reported within 48 hours of receiving the package).
